Votes are submitted online through the official Traders Awards voting platform.

3. Fair Play and Monitoring

All voting activity is monitored to ensure transparency and fairness.

Any attempts to manipulate, cheat, or fraudulently influence the voting process will result in disqualification of the votes or nominee involved.

4. Winner Selection

Winners are determined solely by the total number of valid votes received per category.

The nominee with the highest number of votes in each category at the closing of voting becomes a winner.
